I need help to make a OC for myself, but I don't how to draw characters, or anything for that matter.
I want a MLP OC, like a baby dragon or a stallion that like wearing dresses, makeup, eyeshadow and eyeleashes, that also could apply to the baby dragon too.

Personally there should be more pictures of Spike in dresses, because there's not enough pictures of that.
